Item 7 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />EXHIBIT B <br />EXHIBIT C a - <br />EXHIBIT C b - <br />BRAND PIT <br />Owners of Substance to be Mined <br />Raigorodsky, Paul M. <br />Callon Petroleum Co. <br />May, John C. <br />Robison, Ida <br />Marr, M.H. <br />Brand, Wenzel <br />Legal Description <br />The Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter and the <br />Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 15, <br />Township 3 North, Range 47 West of the 6th P: M. <br />Mining P1 an <br />The gravel is scraped loose with a bull-dozer and loaded <br />into belly-dump trucks or other smaller trucks with a <br />front-end loader. It is then hauled to the road construc- <br />tion site. The approximate depth of the pit is 30 ft. and <br />the mining direction is West to East. <br />The Mining & Reclamation Map indicates the adjoining land- <br />owners to the gravel pit. <br />Pre-Mining and Mining Plan Maps of Affected Lands <br />The Minino & Reclamation Map shows the names and locations <br />of all creeks, roads, buildings, oil and gas wells and lines, <br />and power and communication lines in the areas of the affected <br />lands. <br />EXHIBIT D - Soils Information was obtained from the Soil Survey of Yuma <br />County, Colorado, published in April of 1981. <br />The soils in the affected area are Rago Loam, deep, moderately <br />well drained with slopes normally less than 2 percent. A <br />more detailed description of this soil is attached. <br />The soil type is based on 9-60" depth used in the Yuma County <br />Soil Survey. Rago Loam is the soil type overlaying the <br />gravel deposit. A copy of the soil survey is also attached. <br />
