and telephone number are 1044 State Highway 325, Rifie, CO 81650; (970) 625-1 l88 filed an application to
conduct underground mining and reclamation, at or near Section 3, Township 49N, Range 3E, 10th Prime
Meridian, in Gunnison County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one
Secdon, Township, and Range. The application decision is scheduled for October 25, 1999.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Gunnison County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the
office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
