Long <br />Division Director <br />Please be advised that on September 23, 1999, Precious Offerings Minerals Exchange, Inc., whose address <br />and telephone number aze 1044 State Highway 325 ,Rifle, CO 81650: (970) 625-1188 filed an application <br />m conduct underground mining and reclamation, at or neaz Section 3, Township 49N, Range 3E, LOtit Prime <br />Meridian, in Gunnison County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one <br />Section, Township, and Range. The application decision is scheduled for October 25, 1999. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Gumison County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the <br />office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All wrimen comments or objections must be submitted within ten (l0) days of the date of the newspaper public <br />notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact the applicant <br />for the newspaper pubhcation date. <br />
