A detailed regrading plan is to be submitted to that <br />effect. <br />2. The fill must be certified by a registered engineer regarding the <br />stability fo the fill. <br />3. A retaining wall is to be built in the portal area to decrease the <br />slope and thereby stabilize the area against landslides. <br />4. In regard to the sediment control system, <br />a) A statement that the sediment pond will be certified <br />by a registered, profession engineer shall be submitted. <br />b) Sizing for the collection ditches to the pond should <br />be submitted, <br />c) Elevation for the principle spillway must be provided. <br />S. The map displaying the new features of the TR be submitted immediately, <br />• <br />
