There have been many economic reasons
' that have affected land values over the yeazs up and down but the overall trend of values
has been an upwazd trend.
' In the last 14 yeazs land values have increased upwazd due to good national and local
economic conditions. The last 2 yeazs land values have increased significantly due to
strong growth in Mesa County created in part by the energy industry finding and
' developing additional natural gas and now coal. CAM-Colorado LLC has helped increase
land values in the Mack/Loma azea by purchasing land for their proposed railroad line at
prices significantly above what then current values were. Future values of land in the azea
' should be affected by these purchases in a positive manner.
Cam-Colorado LLC purchased and cleaned up the Mack property knows as the Colorado
' Club. The property had been a Bar and Trailer park that had deteriorated to an
uninhabitable condition. All of the improvement were removed and the trash cleaned up,
increasing its value and doing the same for neighboring properties. Plans aze in place to
also clean up the properties known as $udson Estates located on 10 Road. These
properties have become very run down because the tenants and landlords leaving trash
Each Office Is Independently Owned And Operated.
