Patent deed recorded on April 18, 1874. I have <br />included the appropriate page and marked it. While Mr. Cargilla~eserved one-halFthe <br />rights, the information pzovided on page 3 shows that Mr. Buyer and Mr. Teter own the <br />remaining 50%. <br />1 think the burden now lies with Ms. Wissel to prove that they have purchased. or had <br />conveyed to them the actual mineral tights. In our opinion, if they do not have the <br />mineral rights, the application should not be approved. <br />As to prove that the area encompassed by the land in question contains substantial <br />minerals, the area directly North about one quarter mile, contained some of the most <br />pzofitable gold placer deposits in Colorado.
