The applicable Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board require that we place a copy of the application with <br />your office for public review. <br />Enclosed is a copy of the permit application for public review. In accordance <br />with the regulations, American Soda requests that the application not be <br />recorded but be available for public review for at least 60 days after a decisior> <br />has been made on the application.
