(American Soda) has applied fora Regular 112 <br />Reclamation Permit from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for the <br />Yankee Gulch Sodium Minerals Project. The applicable Rules and Regulations of <br />the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board require that we place a copy of the <br />application with your office for public review. <br />Enclosed is a copy of the permit application for public review. In accordance <br />with the regulations, American Soda requests that the application not be <br />recorded but be available for public review for at least 60 days after a decision <br />has been made on the application.
