Dept. 01 Natal P.esoi!rce< <br />The West Tennessee Pass Pit - Lake County, Colorado <br />Case No. 81-235 <br />Dear Mr. McArdle: <br />Please be advised that on Friday, the 19th day of March, 1982, the <br />Personal Representative of the above referred to Estate offered <br />the interest of the Decedent, Ellis B. Webster, in both of the <br />above referred to gravel pits, for public sale. <br />At the subject sale, the Jones Pit was sold to Climax Molybdenum <br />Company and the West Tennessee Pass Pit was sold to Charles J. <br />Webster. It is understood that each of the above referred to <br />parties will contact you immediately concerning the posting of <br />the bonds required by the Mined Land Reclamation Board at its <br />hearing in February of 1982. The Personal Representative of the <br />Decedent's Estate will assign all of its right, title and interest <br />in and to the application and permit issued for the Jones Pit <br />(Case No. 81-234) to Climax Molybdenum Company and will additionally <br />assign all of its right, title and interest in and to the application <br />and permit issued for the West Tennessee Pass Pit (Case No. 81,-235) <br />to Charles J. Webster. , <br />As a consequence of the foregoing, the permit in Case No. 81-234 <br />should be issued to Climax Molybdenum Company and the permit in <br />Case No. 81-235 should be issued to Charles J.
