The roads are <br />plated with gravel to reduce dust emissions and are watered as necessary. The speed <br />limit on the roads is limited. No travel of vehicles is allowed on anything other than <br />established roads. There is a gate that restricts traffic on the roads to only authorized <br />vehicles. Road embankments and other disturbed areas are seeded with a temporary <br />seed mix to minimize dust emissions. <br />Air permit application submitted October 17, 2003 for the coal mine waste disposal <br />area, permit number 03GA0961.
