As the
existing agreement expires in late July, and it is already late July, it is imperative that
Twentymile Coal Company provide an updated access agreement. Once that has been
received, the application can be approved.
If you have any questions, please call me at 303-866-4928.
Sincerely,
Jun Burnell
Environmental Protection Specialist
Cc: S.
