Syracuse Way, Suite 217
DPrrver, Colorado 80231
Dear Heidi:
We do not object to the proposed mining operations by Varra
Companies, Inc. as we understand them. The following items,
while not all inclusive are some of the means we use to
protect our buried plant. We ask you and your client to
please give tam careful consideration.
1. Roads crossing the AT&T easement should
cross at right angles or as close to 90
degrees as reasonably possible.
2. Road crossings should be engineered and
constructed in a manner to prevent damage
to the buried facility (our outside plant
agineer should be consulted as to the
protective measures required an all types
of crossings - roads, culverts etc.)
3. The easement of right of way should be kept
free of structures, equipment, material and
stockpiles.
