Mountain <br />Coal Company received all necessary approvals from the Colorado Highway Department (see Appendix <br />C). [n addition, in compliance with rule 2.07.6(2)(d)(iv)(B) and (C) of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board Regulations, West Elk Mine has issued public notice and provided for a public hearing. <br /> <br />
