A Water Replace- <br />ment Plan has been designed for hydrol- <br />ogy features as the final protective <br />s[ep, <br /> <br />(iii) The subsidence survey described in Section <br />2.05.6(6)(e) and presented in Volume 3 deter' <br />mined that the predicted nature of subsidence <br />~~ ~ ~ ~J within the permit and adjacent areas should <br />not result n material damage1or diminution of <br />~`~~ the reasonably foreseeable use. Pillar recovery <br />will be attempted for most of the lease <br />with the exception of zones where un- <br />stable roof conditions present a safety <br />hazard and areas described in Section <br />2.05.6(6)(f)(i)(B).
