<br />7. All operations on said described parcel shall be in <br />conformance faith the Weld County Flood Hazard R crulations <br />including: <br />A. No fill, berms or stockpiles shall be placed ri the one <br />hundred (100) year floodplain of the Big Thom :son River <br />which would obstruct passage of flood flows; a d <br />B. All fuel tanks, septic tanks, temporary buil i.ngs, and <br />any other hazardous items that might wash a any during <br />flooding shall be securely anchored and dequately <br />flood-proofed to avoid creation of a heal h hazard. <br />Following completion of mining, all temporary buildings <br />shall be removed. <br />8. The open-cut gravel operation shall comply with Sec ion 44.4, <br />Operation Policies. <br />9. The owner and/or operator shall comply with ~ e design <br />standards for the Use by Special Review, Sectio 24.5 et <br />seq., of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance. <br />10. The owner and/or operator shall comply with Operation <br />Standards for Uses by Special Review, Section 24. et seq., <br />of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance. <br />11. Representatives or members of the Weld Coun y Health <br />Department and Weld County Department of Plannin Services <br />shall be granted access onto the site at any reas nable time <br />in order to insure the operations carried out o the site <br />comply with the Operation Standards stated here n. and all <br />applicable Weld County Regulations. <br />12. The Use by Special Review area shall be limited t the plans <br />shown hereon and governed by the Standards as s ted above <br />and all applicable Weld County Regulations. An material <br />deviations from the Plans and/or Standards as show or stated <br />above shall require the approval of an amendm nt of the <br />Permit by the Weld County Planning Commission an the Board <br />of County Commissioners before such changes from the plans <br />and/or Standards are permitted. Any other Chang s shall be <br />filed in the office of the Department of Plannin Services. <br />13. The property owner and/or operator of this operati ~i shall be <br />responsible for complying with all of the ab ve stated <br />Standards. Noncompliance with any of the ab ve stated <br />Standards may be reason for revocation of the Pe mit by the <br />Board of County Commissioners. <br />14. No excavation or processing of sand and graved shall be <br />permitted nearer than 200 feet to the end of the r~~3ht-of-way <br />
