NOTE: The Mined Land Reclamation Boar has the
authority to issue permits for mining and eclamation
activities. Activities related to m ning and
reclamation are, therefore, under the juris fiction of
the Mined Land Reclamation•Board; however, eld County
has jurisdiction of those matters outlin d in the
Operation Standards.
5. Prior to recording the final Use by Special R view plat,
the owner and/or operator shall submit a idence of
compliance with Section 44.4.10, Insuranc , to the
Department of Planning Services.
6. Prior to recording the final Use by Special R view plat,
the owner and/or operator shall offer and a ree to an
acceptable program of road maintenance wit the Weld
County Commissioners. The agreement shal mitigate
impacts generated on Weld County Road 54 by the gravel
mining operation's truck traffic.
7. A note shall be placed on the Use by Special ~teview plat
prior to recording to comply with Operatio Standards
14, 15 and 16.
