DEFICIENCY NOTICE CMLRB I12 Permit Application <br />Agile Stone Systems. Inc. <br />• Mining Plan Map and Final Reclamation Map. Their sizes and capacities <br />are noted in Exhibits C and D. <br />Will the Granite Quarry haul roads to and from the upper benches be within the <br />affected land boundary? Show the location of these roads on the Mining Plan <br />Map. <br />The Granite Quarry haul roads to and from the upper benches will be within <br />the affected land boundaries. The Mining Plan Map shows 3 sets of such <br />roads primarily in the northern middle part of phases I and II. A small <br />portion of the 3rd road to the southeast is considered affected land but is <br />isolated from the larger portion of the affected mining land in Phase III. <br />This road will only be used occasionally as it is more out of the way then the <br />other more direct roads and this road has already been excessively bonded <br />for reclamation with an exploration permit filed with the Division. <br />6. Will the rock processing equipment at the Granite Quarry be portable or will it be <br />mounted on foundations or footings? If any concrete structures over a few cubic <br />yards will be constmcted for the processing equipment, please provide <br />information regarding dimensions and whether or not the concrete will be <br />reinforced. <br />The rock equipment at the Granite quarry will be portable. <br />Provide the dimensions of all roads to be constructed or improved from existing <br />roads. <br />Exhibits C and D provide all road dimensions. <br />You have stated that the Sandstone Quarry was mined pre-law. Provide the <br />dimensions of the pre-law quarry as compazed to the planned dimensions of <br />proposed quarry. Show this information on a map with drawings made to scale. <br />Will all of the pre-law quarry be redisturbed? <br />There is no known information on the pre law dimensions of the sandstone <br />quarry. All of the pre law sandstone quarry will be disturbed and <br />subsequently reclaimed. <br />9. Your plan says that some topsoil may be available for salvage from the Sandstone <br />Quarry processing azea. Please becmore specific and describe the amount of <br />
