There are 2 general <br />aquifers discussed in Exhibit G covering the entire permit area: an outwash <br />aquifer and a bedrock aquifer. <br />4. This section states "the Pazkdale Project will be subject to the provisions of a <br />Sand and Gravel Process and Stormwater Dischazge General Permit..." Please <br />affirmatively state that you have either acquired or applied for a National <br />Pollutant Dischazge Elimination System Permit. <br />The applicant has applied for and received the appropriate Sand & Gravel <br />Process and Stormwater Discharge General Permit COG-500325. <br />EXHIBIT H -Wildlife Information <br />Have the Colorado Division of Wildlife (Chris Kloster) review your Tallahassee <br />Creek road/railroad crossing plans and obtain a statement from the DOW that <br />your plans acceptably limit impacts to brown trout. <br />The statement from the CO Division of Wildlife has been obtained and is <br />part of Exhibit D. <br />EXHIBIT L -Reclamation Costs <br />This exhibit cannot be reviewed until complete adequacy responses have been <br />received by the Division <br />All relevant information has been provided to complete this review. <br />EXHIBIT M -Required Permits and Licenses <br />1. Please add to your list a well permit from the Colorado Division of Water <br />Resources <br />No well will be drilled to pump water. Therefore no well permit is listed in <br />the list of required permits and licenses. Personal communications on 3 <br />occasions with the State Engineers Office confirmed that no permit is needed <br />to pump water from the Arkansas River other than the appropriate <br />Augmentation or Substitute Water Supply Plan. The latter plan has been <br />added to the list of required permits and licenses. <br />2t <br />
