All responses will be in the same numerical order as
your memo.
Mining Plan (Exhibit D)
1. We looked in our submittal book in
find a reference to Figure D-1. My
figure omitted but also the reference
have in the text referred to our Ta
Figure D-1. In any event, it appears
complete information.
Exhibit D and did not
book not only has the ak
to the figure. We may ,
ble of Disturbances as
that our Exhibit D has
2. Our Phases I through VIII are proposed to be mined in the ~`
chronological order indicated. Our cut stone quarry will
operate concurrently with the crushed stone operation. The
cut stone quarry is located in Phases IR and R. The cut
stone quarry will continue the same length of time as the
crushed stone operation.
3. Please use the Table of Disturbance on Page D-5 as the
authoritative source for disturbed acres. We do wish to k
have 10 acres of disturbance in the actual mining area of
the crushed stone operation and 6 acres of disturbance in
the actual mining area of the cut stone operation. The cut ,
stone operation will proceed at a slower pace than the
crushed stone operation, therefore, only three acres of
stripping is needed at any given time. The other references
to 13 total acres of mining disturbance and 70 acres of
total disturbance are typographical or proof reading errors.
11990 Grant Street Suite 410 Denver, Colorado 80233 452-6611
