ADDENDUM TO 180-DAY REPORT
NOTICE OF INTENT NUMBER CX-2006-109-12
2. Describe reclamations activities
As of this date, all activities related to this NOI and its amendments are complete. No further
activity related to this NOI is anticipated.
Drilling activity occurred on a total of 42 drill sites. The drill sites were located south and west
of the West Pit (22 drill sites) and in the Collom project azea (21 drill sites). The Collom project
area is approximately four (4) miles west of the current Colowyo mining area. The drill sites are
shown on the accompanying map.
LOWER WILSON (LW) AND SOUTH TAYLOR (ST) DRILL SITES
Only five (5) of the eleven Lower Wilson `LW-06' drill sites were completed. Theses sites are
located southwest and west of the active West Pit. The drill sites not drilled were -02, -03, -04, -
O5, -06, and -09.
For the South Taylor `ST-06' drill sites, only ST-06-18 was not drilled. The drill sites are all
located southwest and south of the active West Pit.
The respective drill and/or core holes on the drill sites have been sealed and/or plugged using the
method described in the NOI. No further activity is planned for these sites.
No monitoring wells or piezometers were completed on any LW-06 drill site. One monitoring
well and one piezometer were installed on ST-06-04 and ST-06-17, respectively. All notification
of intent to drill and the monitoring hole completion reports have been filed with the Division of
Water Resources -State Engineers Office.
As of this date, all drill sites have been reclaimed and topsoil replaced. The sites are proposed to
be reseeded in September 2006.
COLLOM (C) DRILL SITES
In the Collom project area, only 21 of the proposed 44 `C-06' drill sites had activity. Drill sites
C-06-O1 through -O5, -07, -12, -13, -18 -24, -27 through -33, and -39 through -44 were not
completed and will not be completed. All drill and/or core holes on the 21 drill sites have been
sealed and/or plugged using the method described in the NOI. No further activity is planned for
these sites.
One piezometer each was completed on the C-06-21 and C-06-26 drill sites. All notification of
intent to drill and the monitoring hole completion reports have been filed with the Division of
Water Resources -State Engineers Office for these piezometers.
As of this date, all drill sites have been reclaimed and topsoil replaced. The sites aze proposed to
be reseeded in September 2006.
