Dear Mr. Mount,
On behalf of the Colorado Division of Wildlife, I would like
to thank you for the opportunity to comment on the Moffat County,
Cross Mountain Pit 1, File No. M-93-023. Based on my evaluation of
all of the documents included in the application packet, the
material appears to be complete and accurate in regards to wildlife
and habitat issues. Consequently, I feel there will be no adverse
effects on local wildlife populations or the surrounding habitat as
a result of this gravel pit operation.
