(Apex Mine if2) <br />THE SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT OR ACTIVITY SUBJECT TO THIS PERMIT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Coal processing equipment including conveyors, a crusher, screens, <br />storage bins, and a stockpile. - <br />• <br />THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE COLORADO AIR <br />POLLUTION CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR POLLUTION CONTROL ACT (25-7- <br />101 et seg.), TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE <br />SIDE~F T~1IS DOCUMENT AND THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. Vehicle speeds shall not exceed 20 m.p.h. on the property. <br />4. Roads shall be watered if fugitive dust from vehicle traffic is excessive. <br />.
