However, a few items do need further <br />clarification. Please address the following items in detail as soon as <br />possible. <br />1. We ave no problems with the proposed stockpile and processing <br />area. xo~vever, 1 would like to reemphasize that any disturbance resulting <br />from this operation must be included in the permit area. The refoze, as we <br />discussed, if the process area is moved to another area in the future, an <br />amendment to this permit will be necessary. <br />2. Theextraction and mining plan map must show the entire permit r~-•,~. <br />Please ou}C.line the permit area, including the lands imrr~diately adjaccfrr <br />to the ex sting lakes, in red on the enclosed map. Also, please shore <br />the stoek~ile and processing area on this map. <br />3. The staff encourages the operator to reclaim concurrently with mining. <br />4. [4i 11 the process area be mined?
