In response, the Division has scheduled an Informal Conference for 9:00 A.M. on June 13, <br />2001 at the Division Offices located a[ 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, CO. Bruce Humphries of the <br />Division will conduct the meeting. I have attached a copy of the Minerals Programs Outline for Public <br />Participation and [he Board Hearing Process. Other matters that you should be aware of are 1) the <br />Division is required to make a recommendation on your application on or before July 5, 2001, 2) the <br />Division will schedule apre-Hearing Conference for July 16-17, 2001, and 3) the Division will schedule a <br />Formal Public Hearing before [he Mine Land Reclamation Board at the July 25-26, 2001 Board Meeting to <br />determine the outcome of your application.
