you feel most accurately describe the life of the operation.
For all Limited Impact (110) types of operations, this notice must be
published once within ten (10) days of the date the application is considered
submitted to the Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Division"). The final
date for receiving comments is ten (10) days after the date of publication or
the next regular business day.
All notices must be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the
locality of the proposed mining operation and mailed to the landowners as set
forth in the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Rules and Regulations. Since the
date for consideration of your application may change, DO NOT include it in
this notice.
