Dept. ~t Natural ?.escl_rces <br />Dear Mr. Orell: <br />This will confirm our telephone conversation of <br />October 20, together with Jim Schmieding, wherein you indicated <br />that Castle Conczete Company would be required to publi:;h a <br />corrected notice of its revised permit applications for four <br />successive weeks, and that public comment, protests and petitions <br />on the revised applications would be allowed by law until twenty <br />days after the last date of said publication. If Castle: begins <br />publication during the week of October 24, the final date for <br />public comments would be on approximately December 4, 1577.
