Based on the information you supplied, we <br />believe ( ) the nature of the proposed project or (X) the <br />present nature of the proposed project area is such that no <br />imtpact upon cultural resources will occur. Therefore, you <br />may proceed with the undertaking as proposed. <br />However, if previously unidentified archaeological resources <br />are discovered in the course of the project, work must be <br />interrupted until the resources are properly evaluated in <br />terms of the National Register of Historic Places eligibility <br />criteria (36C£R6o.4) in consultation with this office. <br />Thank you for the o~ortunity to comment.
