2.03.4 Identification of Interests
Following are all interests in the CCM#1 and its current permit holder, Kaiser Ventures, Inc.
Map 1, Surface and Mineral Ownership, graphically depicts owners of record for the mine.
(1) Kaiser Ventures, Inc. is a corporation registered in the State of Delaware. On June 3,
1993, the Boazd of Directors changed the corporate name from Kaiser Steel Resources to
Kaiser Resources, Inc. to better reflect the type of business conducted by the company.
The name was changed again in late 1995 from Kaiser Resources, Inc. to Kaiser Ventures,
Inc. for the same reasons. These were name changes only which did not alter corporate
ownership or structure.
