The results of those meetings are described in appropriate locations within <br />the text of this permit application. <br />2.03.4 Identification of Interests <br />Following are all interests in the CCM#1 and its current permit holder, Kaiser Ventures, Inc. <br />Map 1, Surface and Mineral Ownership, graphically depicts owners of record for the mine. <br />(1) Kaiser Ventures, Inc. is a corporation registered in the State of Delaware. On June 3, <br />1993, the Boazd of Directors changed the corporate name from Kaiser Steel Resources to <br />Kaiser Resources, Inc. to better reflect the type of business conducted by the company. <br />The name was changed again in late 1995 from Kaiser Resources, Inc. to Kaiser Ventures, <br />Inc. for the same reasons.
