It includes entry-block posts w/dates 1885 and 1916 engraved, a <br />2-story log main house (1885) lr/newer wood siding & a 1912 front porch added on, a large <br />barn and animal pen complex, a calf-warming shed, a ~Shicken house and pen, a ranchhand house <br />ar.d detached garage (presently used as tool sheds), and 4 assorted relatively recent metal <br />strictures for animals or storage. An associated log house (1925) is located on the east <br />sire of Good Spring Creek in a drainage which is occupied by the owner's daughter. The above items, according to Mr. Lotrell Osborn, Jr. were used within <br />t~.e last 10 years. They are rusty and discarded. No patent dates trere present.
