12. Based upon a survey of the property boundary by Ernie
Schaaf and Associates, Registered Land Surveyors, the revised
Permit Boundary will be established and steel fence posts
driven into the ground at each corner of the Permit Area.
13. Access will be at the location shown on Exhibit E -
Mining Flan Map. Two 48" culverts will be placed in the F'hase
I excavated area so that the loader and/or trucks can crass the
diverted Uncompahgre without disturbing the flowing water. As
the water flaws through the Phase I area, there will be a
decreased velocity which will allow for the deposit of
suspended solids prior to the water re-entering the existing
channel to the north.
