Box 591
5174 Highway 133
Somerset CO 81434
(970)929-5015
Fax (970)929-5595
Approval from the CDMG for this pad and drill hole is necessary to determine the location and
thickness of the M2 parting thought to occur in this area of the B-Seam.
Existing roads will be used as much as possible to access the EEE location. Access will be from State
Highway 133 to an existing road and gate that previously accessed the Meadowlark Farm and old ski
azea. It is anticipated that less than 2.0 acres of disturbance will occur as a result of the construction of
the pad and short road required to access the pad. The length of time to drill and complete the hole is
approximately 10 days. Afrer a determination has been made to either abandon or complete the hole as
a water monitoring hole, the road and pad will be reclaimed this fall. Water wilt be supplied to the pad
via water truck or flexible hose laid on the ground. The source of the water will be the North Fork of
the Gunnison River either from the mine site or a small pump placed in the river.
MCC requests the Division's assistance in calculating the bond estimate for this exploration pad and
drill hole.
Please notify me if you have questions regarding this minor revision request.
Since el ,
enry A.
