6.4.5 Exhibit E ~ Reclamation Plan (revision-5/01) <br />Shook Gravel Pit #1 <br />Township 1 North, Range 52 West <br />SW 1/4 of Section 26 <br />S 1/2 of Section 27 <br />The reclamation plan and procedures is covered in detail in the USDA <br />Natural Resources Conservation Service report (Exhibit I). This includes a <br />soils map, a conservation plan map and a reclamation procedure. <br />#11 Attached to Exhibit E Reclamation Plan , is a letter stating that the <br />Washington County Commissioners and County Road Department <br />will agree to follow the USDA Natural Resources Conservation plans <br />and suggestions for reclaimation of the Shook Gravel Pit #1. <br />#12. The depth of topsoil to be replaced on the reclaimed land will be <br />approximently 8 inches or more. <br />#i3. We will revise our plan and adhear to the state recommendation of a <br />3h: i v slope for patureland . Thank you. <br />#14. The USDA usually measures to the center of the road ,also there is a <br />small acreage being farmed on the Southeast quarter of Section 27 <br />that may also be causing the discrepancy. We are using 270 acres in <br />all of our permits and forms. <br />#15. See attached cross-section of creek bed, pre and post mining. <br />#16. Weed control of all noxious weeds will be treated and controlled by <br />the Washington County Noxious Weed Applicators and Patrol. The <br />county has its own weed control district. <br />
