All comment and review periods began <br />on October 11, 2005. The decision date for your application is scheduled for January 9, 2006. <br />Within ten (10) days after submittal, you must publish notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of the <br />proposed mining operation once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks. Immediately after the fast publication, mail a <br />copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface and mineral rights, holders of any recorded easements, and all <br />owners of record of ]ands that are within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land. Proof of notice and mailings, such <br />as Certified Mail - Rettun Receipt Requested, must be submitted to the Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the <br />decision date.
