Review of the permit yearly to determine compliance with the conditions. <br />2. Applicants shall conform to all plans, drawings and representations <br />sub'.+it;ed with or contained within the application except as may <br />be inconsistent with Che other provisions of the permit. <br />3• .:pplica,CS shall corply with all laws and regulations of the State <br />of Colorado, its agencies or departments, the Board of County <br />Coe:nissioners of Fremont County, and the United Slates of America, <br />its agencies or depar[.~er.ts, as now in force and effect or as [he <br />same may hereafter be amended. <br />4. Applicants shall obtain and keep in effect all other permits required <br />by any other governmental agency and as otherwise may be required by <br />Fremont County. Revocation, suspension or expiration of any of such <br />other permits shall revoke, suspend or terminate the permits <br />authorized hereunder, as the case may be. <br />5. All loads of material transported from the site shall be securely <br />covered to prevent any of [he material from escaping in accordance <br />with any applicable laws, rules, or regulations of. the State of <br />Colorado. <br />6. Termination of leases prior to termination of Conditional Use Permit <br />will result in termination of the Conditional Use Permit. <br />7. Notwithstanding, [he term for which this permit will be issued, the <br />permit shall be subject [o additional review by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at its discretion, and during any such review the <br />Board may consider, if warranted in the judgement of the Board: <br />considering the impact of the use upon traffic patterns and volume <br />in the area to include setting additional or different conditions <br />regarding access to the area and [o designate routes which trucks <br />and traffic to and from the site are to use. <br />for specific findings concerning the application and the specific findings concerning the <br />term of the permit refer to the attached Resolution ,•° 85 Series of 1967. <br />THE DURATION OF THE PERMIT IS FOR: Ten (10) Years EXPIRES: SEPTEMBER, 1997 <br />Revised 12/01/87 <br />
