TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP <br />(formerly issued to Dorchester Coal Company) <br />THE SOURCE TO WHICH THIS PERMIT APPLIES IS DESCRIBED AND LOCATED AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Coal loadout facility located 1} miles west of Florence <br />on County Road at Old Atchison-Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad, <br />Fremont County, Colorado. This facility is iocated just <br />west of the loadout facility described in Emission Permit <br />THE SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT OR ACTIVITY SUBJECT TO THIS PERMIT INCLUDES THE <br />FOLLOWING: <br />Vehicle traffic on unpaved roads, truck dumping, front <br />end loader to stockpile, wind erosion, and loading rail <br />cars with front end loaders. <br />~~ <br />THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE <br />COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY <br />CONTROL ACT C.R.S. 1973 (25-7-101 et seq.), TO. THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THIS DOCUMENT AND THE <br />FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. The fugitive particulate emissions control measures listed on the attached <br />page (as proposed in the Fugitive Particulate Control Plan submitted to <br />the Division) shall be applied to the dust producing sources as required <br />by Regulation No. 1. <br />2. Emissions of particulate matter shall not exceed either of the following <br />limitations, as calculated in the Division's preliminary analysis based <br />on information supplied by the applicant: 425 lbs./day and 20.85 tons/year. <br />-continued- <br />
