TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP <br />(formerly issued to Dorchester Coal Company) <br />THE SOURCE TO WHICH THIS PERMIT APPLIES IS DESCRIBED AND LOCATED AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Above-ground coal mining facility located at NE}, NW}, <br />Section 30, T205, R69W, approximately 7 miles southeast <br />of Florence, Fremont=County, Colorado. <br />• <br />THE SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT OR ACTIVITY SUBJECT TO THIS PERMIT INCLUDES THE <br />FOLLOWING: <br />Kolberg rotary coal breaker and associated conveyors. <br />THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE <br />COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY <br />CONTROL ACT C.R.S. 1973 (25-7-101 of sue), TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THIS DOCUMENT AND THE <br />FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. The fugitive particulate emissions control measures listed on the attached <br />page (as proposed in the Fugitive Particulate Control Plan submitted to <br />the Division) shall be applied to the dust producing sources as required <br />by Regulation No. 1. <br />2.
