Walther <br />Executive Director <br />All Other Interested Persons Michael g Long <br /> Divis~o° Director <br />RE: Informs/ Conference, Pre-hearing Conference and MLR Board Hearing <br />Roaring Fork Resources, Mamm Creek Application, No. M-2000-113 <br />To Whom It Moy Concern: <br />Please note the following hearing dotes, locations and related information. <br />On March 26, 2001 the Division received a letter from the applicant's consultant, waiving Roaring <br />Forks Resources rights to a staff recommendation on April 6, 2001, and the 120-day permit <br />decision, presently scheduled for the April Mined Land Reclamation Board (MLRB) meeting. The <br />letter also requested that arty future hearings required for the review and approval of the <br />application be scheduled so that this matter may be on the MLRB agenda for its June 27-28, <br />2001 meeting. In response to this request the Division has tentatively rescheduled the Pre- <br />hearing Conference for June 18, 2001, at 1:30 p.m., in the Rifle City Hnll. <br />As required by Rule 2.7.1 of the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations: <br />1) At the Pre-hearing Conference, the Pre-hearing Conference Officer shall cause to be <br />proposed o draft pre-hearing order. The draft pre-hearing order shall provide the <br />following: <br />a) a list of the parties' names, addresses and phone numbers; <br />b) a list of issues to be discussed at the Board hearing; <br />c) an outline of the agenda for the Board hearing and allowed times for <br />presentations, cross-examination by parties and closing statements; <br />d) a list of each party's witnesses; and <br />e) a list of each party's exhibits or documents to be used ns evidence. <br />2) The draft pre-hearing order shall be delivered to all parties to the hearing at least three <br />(3) days prior to the Board hearing. <br />
