Box 15265 <br />Lakewood, Colorado 80215 <br />Dear Mr. ?tiller: <br /> <br />PHONE 707-713-a 66O <br />Pursuant to your request of January 2, 1980, to provide a description <br />of existing land uses and land use classification under local law, I have <br />reviewed the County's existing land use maps and ocher data sources for <br />those lands described as the FSf SE~t NE~t, SElt NE's NE~t of Section 10, <br />Township 8 North, Range 78 West and the W~ NW's of Section 11, Township <br />8 North, Range 78 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Jackson County, <br />Colorado. <br />Historically, the subject lands have been used for livestoc!c <br />grazing and wildlife habitat. On the County's Existing Land Use Man, <br />these subject lands have been classified as unimproved grazing. Pursuant <br />to the Jackson County Zoning Resolution, the subject lands have been <br />included in the Ranching District zone. Attached hereto, please find <br />a copy of the cable for the Ranching (R) District which sets forth the <br />Uses-by-Right, Conditional Uses - by Permit Only and Special Uses - by <br />Permit Only.
