<br />The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Dickey Lee Hullinghorst, at
<br />9:10 a.m.
<br />BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT:
<br />Sherman Blach, Terry O'Connor, Dickey Lee Hullinghorst, Margie Winter and
<br />Lee Campbell.
<br />STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT;
<br />David C. Shelton, Division Director
<br />Diana Heyer, Recorder and Secretary
<br />The Chairman welcomed the new board member, Lee Campbell.
<br />AGENDA ITEM 1 - APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />It was MOVED that the minutes of the April Board Meeting be approved as
<br />written and submitted, SECONDED and PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
<br />It was MOVED that the minutes of the Special Board Meeting held on May 4,
<br />1984, be approved as written and submitted. SECONDED and PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
