extraction of construction materials and reclamation, at or near Section 30, Township 44N, Range 7W, 6th Prime
Meridian, in Ouray County. Please be advised that the pemtit area may be located m more than one Section,
Township, and Range. The application decision is scheduled For January 14, 2002.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Ouray County Clerk & Recorders office and at the office
of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, ] 313 Shemum Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
