EXHIBIT E
RECLAMATION PLAN

The anticipated post mining land use will be grassland.
The haul road will be in the affected area of the Pit, and will
enter a County road to the South(Centennial RAnch Road or Road
#305). At the completion of mining, all slopes will be graded to
no steeper than 3:1(or 4:1 perferable) due to the high erosion
hazard, and contoured to match the natural terrain of the area.
Final grading will be approved by the Materials Engineer, then
the topsoil will be disced to a depth of approximately 8" prior
to seeding. After the completion of fertilizing and seeding,
mulch will be placed accorging to the seeding plan.
The area will be sloped subsequent to the completion of the mining
• operation.
The Soil Conservation Service seeding plan is the guide we will
use unless the Department wants us to use another plan.
We plan to use 1 (one) acre of ground at a time and re-claim
the acre as we complete the mining on the acre,
•
