The <br />current Application is even worse. we feel that the Applicants <br />failure to provide adequate supporting data and mining <br />information in this instance is totally consistent with his prior <br />conduct. Accordingly, we lack confidence in the Applicant's <br />ability to carry out a responsible mining operation and do not <br />feel that it is the responsibility of the Division to "write the <br />application." It is now appropriate to end this unnecessary <br />waste of taxpayer funds and time. We feel that this application <br />should be denied and that further continuances and submittals are <br />not warranted.
