• <br />5) Exhibit S does not contain permission for the Operator to be within 200' of the power line <br />which runs the length of the pit. Until such specific written pettnission is obtained, or a <br />geotechnical study proving that there would be no significant damage done to the power lines is <br />submitted, the Operator must remain 200' away from the power lines. This is in accordance with <br />Rule 6.4.19. <br />Please be advised that applications may be deemed inadequate, and M-98-024 may be denied on <br />June 25, 1998, unless the previous adequacy review items aze addressed to the satisfaction of the <br />Division.
