<br />and private fee coal and is located approximately 28 miles south of Craig, Colorado.
<br />The permit boundary 1s adjacent to Colorado Highway 13/789 (west of the highway), is bounded on the east by Gac
<br />Spring Creek, on the west by Wilson Creek, and extends one-fourth mile south of the Moffat/Rio Blanco County Line
