EXHIBIT C ------MINING PLAN
We plan to build a large reservoir for personal use as well
as for the wildlife in the area.
The size is approximately two acres for this reservoir. We
plan to sell the top soil to individuals in the Montrose area
who are in need of it for use in lawns and gardens.
We will use a rubber tired loader and a dump truck to remove
the soil from the location.
The approximate depth of the reservoir is five to six feet.
The beginning date was approximately May 1, 2000. Since that
time we have been running under a declatory order. The ending
date for the mining operation will be December 31, 2011.
No topsoil will be salvaged for replacement during reclamation
because all areas to be disturbed are comprised of topsoil and
will not need any replacement to create a seedbed.
No overburden or waste rock needs to be removed to reach the
topsoil deposit.
There will be no water used during this operation.
No groundwater will be encountered during this operation.
No surface water will be intercepted by the operation.
A well will be drilled to fill the pond. We have obtained the
application form from Montrose Water District for this. However,
we did not want to apply for this permit until the reservoir
is almost completed as it will be several years yet. In talking
with the water district they stated we may be able to obtain
