EXHIBIT B <br />Site Description <br />There are no permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of the site. There are no <br />drainage ditches, lakes, ponds, streams, etc affected by the site. <br />The site of the mine is located East of Ramah Highway CounTy Road on soil type Ellicott <br />Loamy Coarse sand, 0- to 5 percent ,map unit 28. <br />Please refer to the attached soil survey provided by the Natural Resources Conservation <br />Service (MRCS). <br />
