<br />(Ayers Land) requcslhig permission to locate a gravel pit operation on the
<br />following described property:

<br />Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado, being more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Northeast Corner of said Section 8, said
<br />point being the True I'uint of Beginning and c•onsider•ing ll,e
<br />East ling of the Northeast Cluarter (NE,'-,-~) of said Section 7
<br />as hearing South O1°20'50" East, with alt bearings contained
<br />herein being relative thereto;
<br />Thence South O1°20'50" East along said East line 2589.83
<br />feet; thence South 89°08'48" West 133'1, 67 feet; thence North
<br />O1°15'20" Wust 2585. 6't feet, thenc•c North 88°55'53" Eas:
<br />1335.24 feet to the True Point of Beginning, Said described

<br />WIIEREAS, thr_ce ++as no opposition to the request of petition for
<br />the location of said gravel pit operation, and
<br />WIIERI~]A5, the said requested gravel pit operation is located in an
<br />agricultural'2one as set forth by the Weld County Zoning Resolution, and
<br />WIIEREAS, acror•ding to Section 3.3 (8) and Section 6.1 (3) of the
<br />Zoning Resolution vi' Weld County, said gravel pit operation may be authorized
<br />upon the approval of the Weld ('ounty Planning Commission and the Board of
<br />County Commissioners of Weld County, and
<br />WIIE!{I;AS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all the testi-
<br />mony and statements of those pr•us•ent; has studied the r•cyuest of the petitioner
<br />and studi~:cl the recommcudatnrns of the Weld County Planning Commission and
<br />having bean fully infornnr:d;

<br />Commissioners, that the. upl,llc•atiun of >t'lelvin Geib, Yi.:rce, Colorado,
<br />(Ayers land) to Incutc a gravel pit operation on the: premises indicated above
<br />bu, and it hereby is granted under the conditions following:
<br />1. That any +vater• and sanitation facilities to be installed shall be
<br />approved by the State [lealth Department.
<br />2. That petitioner shall proceed with due diligence to effec•.t con-
<br />struction of said gravel pit operation and that he shall have up to one year
<br />from date hereof io begin the construction of same; otherwise, the Board
<br />may, 1'or good cause shown, on its own motion, revoke the permit herein
<br />granted,
