To whom it may concern:
It is hereby agreed upon between Seely Land and Livestock Company and Moffat
Limestone Company., Inc, that Moffat Limestone Co., Inc. and their designees have permission
to enter, exit and mine gravel on said described land. The SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of section 3 and
NW 1/4 of the NW 1!4 of section 10 all being in R95W,T6N of the 6th P.M. and all being in
Moffat County.
The price per ton will be {-~ ~~,nt; as weighed at Maybell Enterprises Juniper Mt.
scales. /
Roads, permits, and insurance to hold Seely Land and Livestock harmless due to
operations will be the responsibility of Moffat Limestone Co., Inc.
The ingress and egress will be from the west side and tto additional roads will be built on
Seely Land and Livestock property outside the permit boundaries.
It is further agreed that any damage to fences in and immediately adjacent to the permit
area will be repaired or replaced by Moffat Limestone Co., Inc. at their expense.
