Jones <br />Colorado Alabaster Supply <br />1507 North College Avenue <br />Fort Collins, CO 80524 <br />Re: File No.: M-89-077, Colorado Alabaster Supply, Incomplete Application <br />Dear Mr. Jones: <br />Upon reviewing your application fora Mining & Reclamation Permit, dated <br />July 26, 1989, we have determined that it is incomplete under the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Act (C.R.S. 34-32-101, et seq.), and the associated <br />regulations. <br />The following items must be submitted in order for the application to be <br />considered complete (Rule 1.1(10) of the Rules and Regulations of the Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board, as amended, effective July, 1978): <br />1) Application Form: At least one of the Application Forms must bear an <br />orlglna signature in order for your application to be deemed complete. <br />Please submit the original signed Application Form. <br />2) Acreage: Our Regulations specify that a 110(1) Application is appropriate <br />on~y~ operations which affect less than two acres; your application <br />indicates that you wish to permits acres.
