LIyISION
Colo. Dept. of NB,;;ro, ;;urJ~rees
We have filed for record and public review with the Eagle
County Clerk and Recorder a copy of our 112 MLRB permit application.
In addition, a copy was presented to the Eagle County Planning and
Development Department and to the Town of Gypsum Town Clerk. A
site review has been initiated with the Bureau of Land Management
at their convenience. The BLM have been kept apprised of our plans
and they have been supplied with copies of our applications to the
county and to Mined Land Reclamation.
We trust someone with the Division will preview the site with
us. If you will give our office a date and time, we will schedule
one of our partners to meet with your staff on the site to explain
the mining plans and to answer your concerns.
We are looking forward to a satisfactory completion to both
our Eagle County Special Use Permit and to the Mined Land Reclamation
Permit applications; and to a successful mining operation. An operation
which should be beneficial to the county, the community and to our
mining company.
If any questions surface which we have not anticipated or
community concerns arise that have not been addressed we will bring
them to your attention soonest.
Truly Yours,
R.~P,.
